On this Christmas Eve, I must take a few minutes to reflect on another family day! Gifts are wrapped and under the tree, nephews are too old to believe in Santa so no early bed for them!
I use to love my childhood christmas's with my family! Back in the day it did not matter what you were doing or what you had to do on Christmas you were always at my grandparents house for breakfast and dinner! They were the days that you loved getting the gifts from everyone, but it was more important that the true gift was the family was together for Christmas! What I almost would not give just to have one more Christmas like that with my family! Even thought I think I have one of the most crazy-out there family's, I truly miss not being together for Christmas!
Now that my tears have been shed, I must give you my true insight on the holiday!!
I think that no one knows the true meaning anymore....it's all about what someone can spend on you! FYI a gift that cost a lot of money don't mean the person cares more for you....it just really means they are trying to out do someone! To me the meaning of this holiday is FAMILY!!! It is not about the over priced gifts that people rush around to buy! And while on the subject of gifts I have to ask what the hell? All these people run around with their head chopped off trying to find the prefect gift and in the end the person you are giving it to is really thinking WTF all the while smiling and saying thank you I love it!!! How about next year in your family you try to do the home made gifts that you make your self to show you really care!
Well it is almost Christmas, so Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night! Hope Santa brings you all everything you wanted for Christmas! I know I got what I wanted!!!!

A Sad Day!
On this day yet another school shooting! It is sad when it happens, however I think this one is even sadder because it is only 11days until Christmas. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in that town in Conn.! It makes me more thankful that my friends and family are safe and sound!
With that being said, I now must state some things that people should think about!
First off...when the hell are we as a nation going to realize that we need harder gun laws! Think of it this way if we had them laws, how many people would be with us living a full life from CO, AZ, VA and now Conn? And it would not just be those that have left us too soon from school shootings! How many would have been saved from drive by's or stray bullets? I know that some people out there in the world who is reading this is thinking...this bitch needs to shut the fuck up, it's my right to have a gun this bitch don't know jack shit! Well I am here to say I do know what it is like! I know what it is like to get that phone call that your family member has been shot because if a gun toten thug!! I also know what it is like to rejoice in the sadness of others that your family member is alive in a school shooting! See I have lived both! I don't wish the heart ache on anyone! So even though I fight for better gun control I also know that it is everyone's right to have a gun! Even if you fight with the NRA to keep the rights to have and carry a gun, you have to look at it this way...better gun control may save a lot of innocent people! Maybe even your own loved one!
And the second thing....if this nation had better or even national health care for little out if pocket people like this guy that KILLED children may have been able to get the help they need!! The people that need help can't get it because they don't have money or health care!!! The congress needs to get off their ass's, stand up to these company's and tell them everyone needs health care not just the rich!
With that I am out of here for the night! Thoughts and prayers to those that have loved ones in Conn! I would also like to say that tonight I send props out to Anderson Cooper 360 for not wanting to keep repeating the killers name...Mr Cooper you have it right don't make the ass famous!!!

Thanksgiving
Today this day before Thanksgiving, I must stop and give thanks to all I am thankful for. First I am thankful that I have made it to another holiday season. Next I am thankful for my dysfunctional family, yes they are loud, rude, crude, and self centered a lot of the time BUT I love each and everyone of them!! I am thankful that I live in a country where I am free to do and say what I want! I am also thankful to friends and those that have come and went from my life! I know it is a oxymoron to say I am thankful for the people that have come and went out of my life, however they have helped make me the person I am today! I am also thankful for the people that are reading this blog! I am happy to know that I am entertaining someone out there in the world!
So on this day, the day before Thanksgiving 2012 I say look at what you have, the good you have and what you have had and be thankful! Some are not as lucky!
I would also like to take a moment to remember those that were hit the hardest by super storm sandy! And I would also like to take a moment to remember and say thank you to our service men and women that have served and are serving, without them fighting for freedom we would not be where we are today!
Take the time to be thankful today and tomorrow and on Friday you can go back to bitching about stuff!

Hurricanes and Common Scents
Okay with hurricane Sandy pounding the East coast I find I must make a post about somethings!!! To me they are common scents things but others don't think so from what I see and hear!!!
First if you are told to evacuate then that is what you should do! It is better to be safe then sorry! If you are a visitor to the area that you are being asked to evacuate then do it....you don't know what hurricanes are like to say oh this is going to be nothing I am staying! You are the dumb ass that puts our emergency personnel in danger because when it gets too bad you want to get out!! Hello you dumb fuck you should have left when they said EVACUATE!!!!
Next when there is gust of wind and rain and can almost blow a grown man down it is not cute to put a child out side to do a video of what is going on at the beach to send on to your local news station!!! The news people (aka channel 11 news out of Baltimore) should be smacked in the head for putting it on TV and thinking it is cute! And the dumb ass parent of the kid should be charged with endangering a child! What kind of dumb ass parent would do that???? You are the type of person that should not have a child! Where you dropped on your head as a child to make you think doing this is okay???
The TV channels!!! What the hell is up with your brain farts???? Okay it's HELLO we know a hurricane is coming so it is a school day...common scents tell you school is closed!!! Instead of putting the name of every school in your viewing area on the bottom of the screen....bright idea put all schools in the viewing area is closed!!!

Do You Really Do That at Home????
Okay so this post is about vacations and a bitch about people in general. It is something that makes me shake my head and ask do you really do this at home????? What is it you ask???? The way people are slobs with food!!!
Okay by now you are asking what the hell is she talking about! I will tell you. You are at home making coffee, and you add sugar or cream! If you spill it all over the counter are you going to leave it there or are you going to clean it up???? You are going to clean it up so that your home is nice and clean...so why the hell when you are on vacation or even just eating out that you will not clean your own mess up???? Do you really think that people want to walk up to a counter after you dumped sugar and cream all over it to make their own coffee??? Hell to the no they don't....so clean it up!!!! And don't pull that bullshit that I am not at home so I don't have to clean it up bullshit!!! If you don't clean up after your self that only gos to show that you are a slob!!!! Along the same lines why the hell would you just toss your left over food on the ground and so forth??? Do you do that at home as well??? I mean okay you are on the balcony having pizza...you don't like the crust so you toss it over the balcony to the ground...do you do that at home??? No you would not, so why do it else where???
Okay so that is what I don't get with people! They would not do something at home but they would do it away from home! I mean I look at it this you would walk around your house in your birthday suit, but would you do that in public??? No, you would not do that in public! So this is the way I see it...think of being in public as your home....if you would not do it in your home then DO NOT do it in public. The only thing I ask is don't walk around nude in public....no one really wants to see nude!

Reality TV
Reality TV is such a joke now a days! Back in the '90's when reality TV started it was about something, that is hardly the case anymore!!! Don't get me wrong there is some worth watching and can teach you a thing or two, but for the most part they don't!!
Take the original reality show...MTV's the Real World. When this show first started the first season dealt with issues on race. There was a season they dealt with the AIDS issue! What has this show turned into??? Who the hell can be the biggest drunk and ass of the show and who will hop into bed with who first!!! What is that teaching the next generation??? How to be drunk dumb ass's that's what! And don't even get me started on MTV's the Jersey Shore!!! I lost 10,000 brain cells just typing the name of the show!!!
Then you have the reality shows that is who can do the craziest thing to win some money! Don't get me wrong some of them are funny but come on! Who in their right mind is going to lay in a box of rats for 5 mins just to try to make it to the next round to try to win money?? Are you really that crazy or despite for money??? Now a show like Amazing Race I can deal with! That show teaches you about other country's while sometimes giving you a good laugh!!! Any one remember the season the cheese wheels went rolling down the hill?
Then you have the shows that give you a look into other people's daily life. This to a point I can deal with. You watch the ups and downs of the family! When they laugh you laugh but at the same time when they cry you cry! But at the same time you have idiot shows with this one too! Who the hell wants to be blindfolded and someone burp in your face to see if you can tell them what they ate??? What happens if the person who is to burp is mad at ya and they stuck their ass in your face and farts on ya??? Come on get a life!!!
Then you have the shows like bait car!!! I have to sit and watch this show for two reasons...one sometimes it is the only thing on and second because I have to laugh at how damn dumb people are!!! You have to be really dumb to see someone park a car and cop bust the person who parked it and you are going to take it?!?! You just have to be a dumb ass!!!
So in closing this posting...lets stop with the damn reality TV and go back to sitcoms!!!! At least sitcoms would teach you something in 30 mins or an hour!!! And that is what the next generation needs because let's face it some of them are not getting it from their parents!!!

New Way this Blog is going!!!
Okay when this Blog first start it was just going to be about the dumb shit that I see day in and day out working at a hotel. However in the last week or so I have come to see that there is so much dumb shit that I have something to say on, so now that is what this is going to turn into! I mean why should I just deal with people I have to deal with when there is so much more to say about idiot things that are being said and done in this world!!!
